Standard self-hosted builds include a $250 ownership release fee (total $500). Advanced builds also require an ownership release fee if the final deployment is outside Serin-managed hosting.

Credit card payments are handled through the online Stripe portal. ACH and wire payments are available for enterprise and Net-30 style invoicing workflows.
How do subscriptions and invoices work?+
Hosting runs as a Stripe subscription. One-time services are billed as one-time Stripe invoices or checkout line items, depending on engagement structure.
What happens if an invoice is late?+
A 1.5% monthly late fee is applied after invoice terms are exceeded.
How does domain pricing work for new builds?+
For new builds, domains priced under $25 are included. If the selected domain exceeds $25, only the difference is billed.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Cancellation terms depend on the active plan and project scope. Ask us before checkout so we can document the exact cancellation path for your account.
